My Website

The site i will be creating will be for my soccer club Casuarina because they currently don't have one and were looking into getting one done.
The clubs colours are black and white but our logo has yellow and red in it which i am looking to incorporate into the site here is what my mock up looks like.

test website

In class we have been developing a template for a website. We will be creating a website for a community. I have chosen to create a website for my soccer club Casuarina the Portuguese Timorese club. When starting to create my template I had trouble getting my Navigation bar working with the images i wanted to use but now after fiddling around with it and help from the teacher it is working better. One thing i have noticed is that my site looks significantly different in different browsers such as Safari, Fire wire and Explorer. Safari finds my little mistake and makes sure i can see them because my site looked like a mixed up jigsaw puzzle before the style sheet was fixed. Fire wire ignores most of my mistakes but crops the right side of my site heaps so when i create a site i need to ensure the measurements will fit in this browser. Internet Explore i found is so relaxed with my coding that i couldn't even tell there were large clitches in my work. Now steps i have taken so far for creating a website are working fine i feel i am ready to move onto learning more.

This is what my site looks like so far.

Module 4 & 5

Over the last two weeks for homework we did module four and five from the site http://www.icad2012b.brambling.cdu.edu.au/

In module four I learnt how to write up a html with h1, h2, h3 and body. Also i learnt how to create hyper links to external sites using a href. Module five got me to create a CSS and link it to my html so that i could apply styles to my html. I added styles to each of my headings and my body text.

This was my end result for Module 4 and 5.
