changes to site

i have made many changes to my site. I decided to get rid of the left side menu and make it apart of the top menu.i changed my colour scheme because it was to over whelming. this is what it looks like now.
some of the problems i have encountered mostly involve the navigation bar and the gallery. with the navigation bar i was having trouble trying to change the colours of the hovers. after nothing was changing after refreshing i decided just to upload it and see what it looked like and noticed that all the changes i had made were working but the browser was jut being lazy and not refreshing properly. I am still unable to fix my problem with my gallery. i went to CSS-Tricks to get my moving box gallery and when i copy the css into my css all of the pages positions in the centre of the window changes and they all end up in the top left of the window. so instead i linked my gallery html to the pre-made css so that all the pages positions would be normal but it still does the same thing to the gallery page as you will see in my screen shots. I tried creating a new container and also renaming the normal container but nothing was working.
